An investment group led by Everwood Capital has acquired the entire share capital of Partida Logistics (Partida Aduanas S.L.), an Algeciras-based company specialized in customs clearance and logistics coordination between Europe and non-EU countries.
Everwood Capital will assist in the growth and transformation of a family-owned company, a leader in its business segment, into a major national and international logistics operator.
PARTIDA is a Customs Agency/Customs Representative, with 100 years of experience, operating 365 days a year in morning, afternoon and night shifts. They have the capacity to clear goods, transported in trucks and containers, at all customs points in Spain thanks to the AEO certificate, to which Compliance was added, being the first in the peninsula to obtain such a certificate.
It currently has a team of 130 people and by 2022 will have a turnover of around 12 million euros with a growth of 10%.

The company has import, export, transit, containers, Brexit, dangerous goods, etc. departments and has partners in Morocco, Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom and Ireland.
In recent years, the company has joined the digitalization wave by investing resources in IT to employ new tools and functionalities in order to be more efficient in daily management and customer service.
Everwood Capital is a fund manager created in 2015 that manages several investment vehicles with a strong specialization in renewable energy and strategic high value-added SMEs. Everwood is leading a group of investors in this transaction, including professionals with extensive experience in the logistics sector.
